Terms of Service

By using Lease Intelligence, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Description

Lease Intelligence provides commercial lease abstraction services for Australian property. We review lease documents submitted by clients and deliver a structured PDF summary report covering key terms, critical dates, financial obligations, and notable clauses. Each report is reviewed for accuracy before delivery.

2. Not Legal Advice

Lease Intelligence reports are factual extraction and commercial summaries only. They do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. You should obtain independent legal advice before making any decisions based on the information in our reports. We accept no liability for decisions made based on our reports without independent legal review.

3. Accuracy

While every report is reviewed for accuracy before delivery, we do not guarantee that every detail is error-free. Our reports cite the source page and clause for every extracted data point to allow verification against the original document. Where ambiguity, contradiction or missing information is identified in your lease, this will be flagged in the report for your attention.

4. Delivery

Reports are typically delivered within 1–2 business days of payment being received. Complex documents or high-volume periods may require additional time. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We may contact you if clarification is needed to complete your report.

5. Payment and Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. Pricing is based on the page count tier selected at checkout:

  • Standard Lease — up to 50 pages (A$99 incl. GST)
  • Large Lease — up to 100 pages (A$149 incl. GST)
  • Complex / 100+ pages — contact us for a custom quote

6. Refunds

If we are unable to process your lease document (for example, the document is illegible, corrupt, or is not a commercial lease), we will notify you and provide a full refund. Refunds for delivered reports are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you have a concern about your report.

7. Data Use

Your use of this service is subject to our Privacy & Data Notice. Your lease document is stored securely and used solely to prepare your report. It is automatically deleted 90 days after your order.

During checkout, you may choose to contribute anonymised lease data (such as rent, lease terms, and property size) to help build market benchmarking tools. This option is enabled by default but can be unchecked at checkout. It is not required to place an order and does not affect your report in any way. No names, addresses, or identifiable information are included in any retained data.

Contributors who opt in may be eligible for introductory benefits (such as early access or a complimentary report) when market benchmarking services become available. Any such benefits are offered at Lease Intelligence's discretion, are introductory in nature, and do not guarantee ongoing free access to any future products or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lease Intelligence's liability for any claim arising from the use of our service is limited to the amount paid for the relevant report. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
